Nate and I went on a fantastic Labor day weekend trip with some friends to the Current River in southern Missouri where we leisurely floated down in canoes on a perfect 90 degree sunny day. The river is spring fed, and riddled with caves. Their are historic landmarks along the way including a historic cabin, and the stone walled ruins of Welch Hospital. Easily the most beautiful river I've ever seen! The campsite was perfect and secluded, and right against the river.

Awesome!
I love the current. this is the first year in a long time I haven't been. Nothing beats canoes/caves/cliff jumping. And trout.
